Ratings - Function To Hide Or Show Content If Already Rated .Used on product, partner, resources homepage to hide and show content if logged in user rated on did not rate current object.

Function format: |RATING_USER_CHECK(rating_code,rating_item,username)| , where:

• rating_code - ke code of the created rating
• rating_item - partner_id, product_id, etc
• username - a username from the suers section
