This is a function to get content in order, mostly for SEO purposes.

Function format:

|KE_GENERIC_GET_CONTENT_IN_ORDER(owner/format;owner/format;...)|

where:

• owner: BRANDS, SERVICES, PARTNERS, PRODUCTS, USERS, RESOURCES, BLOGS, BLOG_ENTRIES, DIRECTORIES
• format: any string (with special chars: . space ; : - _ ,)
• fields need to be used with ORDER_ prefix
• owners can show up multiple times in the list, but only the first one with content is picked
